Allison Grodner is a founding partner at Fly on the Wall Entertainment. She is an Emmy-award winning producer and is the creator and Executive Producer of the US version of the popular, groundbreaking series, “Big Brother.” Currently on its 24th season on CBS, Big Brother continues to dominate the summer schedule on multiple platforms, broadcasting three nights a week on the network, late night on “Big Brother After Dark” and 24/7 live on the Paramount+ live feeds.
Rich Meehan
CO-CEO/FOUNDER
Rich Meehan is a founding partner at Fly on the Wall Entertainment. Meehan's executive producer credits include CW's reality romantic comedy series, "Plain Jane," two seasons of VH1's "You're Cut Off," NBC's "The Real Wedding Crashers" and TVLAND's "She's Got the Look." Meehan began his career on the Peabody Award-winning series "Biorhythm," going on to produce "Celebrity Mole," "Bands on the Run," 'Temptation Island," "Cannonball Run," "Get this Party Started," "Mad Mad House" and the Emmy-award winning "Amazing Race."
Sean Perez
SVP OF PRODUCTION
As the Senior VP of Production at Fly On The Wall Entertainment, Sean Perez is responsible for managing all aspects related to budgeting, scheduling, production, legal, and financial matters. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Sean has worked on a diverse range of TV genres, including game shows like The Weakest Link, reality competitions such as The Ultimate Fighter for Pilgrim Media Group, various dating and reality series for 51 Minds Entertainment, and shows like Basketball Wives for Truly Original. He has also been involved in multiple home renovation series and TLC series including 1000lb Sisters and 1000lb Best Friends. Most recently, he served as the VP of Production at Scout Productions, where he supervised productions like Legendary and The Hype for HBO Max. Sean started his television career in 1999 at Peter Engel Productions, working on scripted programming for Saturday mornings. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with nearly every major broadcast and cable network, as well as streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Freevee, and Max.
